  • Jazz classes – This vibrant, high-energy class combines upbeat music with expressive movement. Students build strong technique and gain strength and flexibility, all while working toward dynamic choreography incorporating turns, kicks, and leaps. Jazz is celebrated for its bold style and expressive flair, and this class brings that fun spirit to every session.
  • Lyrical classes – This class seamlessly blends the elegance of ballet with the expressive freedom of contemporary and jazz. Dancers refine their technique, musicality, and performance skills in a supportive, guided environment. Each session explores fluid weight transfers, grounded floorwork, controlled turns, and expansive leaps, encouraging students to move with confidence and artistry.
  • Creative Dance and Choreography classes -This class takes a highly creative approach across warm-up, technique, exploration, and appreciation. Students are encouraged to use their imagination through self-discovery, expressive movement, and improvisation. With a mix of solo, partner, and group activities, the class supports confidence-building, teamwork, and friendship, all within a safe and guided environment where students can freely explore and have fun.Open to all students who love to move, create, and enjoy a playful, energetic class experience.

The aim is for students to work towards an exam, or class award.  En Pointe will decide as to whether a student is ready to take an exam or class award. Whilst these exams/awards are not compulsory it does give the students a goal to work towards.

In addition, all students that are entering exams in October will be required to attend exam week which is in the October school holidays and will comprise of a 1-2 hour per day ballet class in final preparation for the exam.

Every 2nd year we do a theatre performance and the in between years we do an in studio viewing.
